[There's a beat of hesitation. He's not certain how to phrase this.]
I know where you stand on the Circles. And yet you fought alongside Nell. So I'm wondering if you'd be interested in joining with a community of mages who aren't for the Circles.
Support, encourage, and build up. The Loyalists have that, between Templars, the Chantry, and your shared goals and outlook. The rest of us don't, and everyone needs it.
[If Kostos wants direct, Anders can work on being more direct.]
And I feel your dedication to people rather than the Circle itself may be a welcome addition to the gathering.
Yes, with fancy fans and those little sausage things.
[His voice is lightly teasing.]
They won't be parties, exactly. There will be food and wine, yes, and they'll be weighted toward socialization, but I also want people to come with issues that their fellow mages can help with. Maybe someone wants to learn a trade, or has an idea for crafting a spell but no foundation for the actual making. Perhaps someone lost a relative or a friend due to the Circles moving them around and wants to know if anyone knows what happened there. Or maybe a Templar is bullying a mage and they don't know how to get that to stop.
Our future is what we make of it, and if we pull together we can find functional roles in society.
[ Socialization is the worst word in that speech. The second worst word is issues. It sounds, over all, like something out of one of Kostos’ nightmares. So: ]
If you tell me when it happens I will consider coming by.
[ With him, not of or around him—if Anders’ group does something more than eat little cakes and talk about their feelings, and that something gets Gareth in a fatal variety of trouble, Kostos will take it personally. ]

[ That doesn’t mean no. ]
What does that mean? Support, encourage. Are you going to have parties?

The tenth, at a warehouse I've set aside.
[Anders describes how to find this particular one.]
I do hope to see you there. I think your roommate is coming.

Be careful with him.

[Every Circle mage is damaged in some way. He'd like to not make any of the damage worse.]
You can double-check and make sure.
